3D borduren

BORDUREN OP PAPIER

 

Benodigdheden:

 

· Prikmat

· Prikpen

. Draad

· Naald nr. II

· Schaart je

· Magic tape of  plakband

· 3D kit of foamtape

· Dubbele kaart

 

Instructies:

 

· Knip de stappen uit van het gewenste motief.

 

· Borduur alleen de gekleurde delen. Prik met behulp van de prikmat en prikpen de gaatjes van de gekleurde delen.

 

 

 . Draai de stappen om en bepaal de juiste kleur garen.
    De basissteek van borduren op papier is de steelsteek.
    Deze steelsteek borduurt u van de achterzijde naar de voorzijde. Plak voor u met borduren begint een uiteinde
    van het draad op de achterzijde vast met magic tape of plakband.
    Steek de naald van de achterzijde naar de voorzijde.
    Steek aan de voorzijde 2 gaatjes terug en aan de achterzijde 3 gaatjes vóóruit.
    Dit is een nieuw gaatje. Blijf deze handeling herhalen.
    Wanneer er geen nieuw gaatje meer is steekt u nogmaals in het laatste gaatje en ga niet 2 maar I gaatje terug.

 

. Wilt u een vollere steek, laat dan 4 of 5 gaatjes ertussen, zowel aan de achterzijde als voorzijde!

 

· Plak wanneer u klaar bent met borduren het uiteinde van het draad op de achterzijde vast met magic    tape of plakband.

 

· Maak het motief zodra alle stappen geborduurd zijn in 30. Plak de stappen in de juiste volgorde op elkaar met foam-tape of 3D kit.

 

· Plak het geborduurde 3D motief op een kaart en werk de kaart eventueel af met randen, ponsen of peel-off stickers.

 

 

 

EMBROIDERY ON PAPER

 

Required:

 

· Pricking cushion

· Pricking needle

. Threads

. Needle number I1

· Scissors

· Magic tape or adhesive tape

 · 3 D kit or foam tape

· Double folded card

 


Instructions:

 

. Choose your preferred design and cut out the steps.

 

. Using the pricking needle and pricking cushion, prick little holes in the coloured parts of the design. Note, only the coloured parts of the design are embroidered.

 

· Turn over the cut out design and choose the right thread. Tape the end of the thread to the back of the step with magic tape. The best stitch to work with is 'steel stitch' working from back to front. Stitch the needle from the back to the front. At the front, stitch back 2 holes and at the back, stitch forward 3 holes. This is a new hole. Keep repeating this 'steel stitch'. When there are no holes remaining, stitch once more into the last hole and instead of stitching back 2 holes you only stitch back I hole.

 

. If preferred, you can make fuller stitches by skipping 4 or 5 holes, as well as at the back as at the front.

 

· When you have completed the embroidery, tape the end of the thread to the back of the step with magic tape.

 

. Once all the embroidery is completed, make up the 3D image step by step using the 3D kit or foam tape.

 

· Stick the embroidered 30 image onto a card and  decorate with borders, punches or peel-offs.
